Apotheos Roastery is a craft coffee roastery with a state-of-the-art cold brew production line steeped in 30 years of craft coffee expertise located in downtown Kennesaw, Georgia. Apotheos is derived from “apotheosis,” a word that suggests elevating something to its most divine form. It reminds us to elevate what we do and treat it as sacred. By creating Atlanta’s first all-in-one coffee roasting and cold brew production facility, we’re pushing the boundaries for a new wave of coffee.
